As a chef I find Italy so damn exciting.
You know what? I should have been Italian.

The love and sheer passion for food, for family and for life itself blows me away every time I go there. No other country has inspired my cooking more. I travelled the length of Italy to write this cookbook. It includes some of my cimplest and most inspired dishes to date.
