Much Ado About Nothing is a delightful romantic comedy focusing on two couples, Claudio and Hero, and Benedick and Beatrice. The play suggests that love is a social matter, and is influenced by the interference of family and friends. Claudio is in love with Hero but is scared to tell her. His friend, Don Pedro, volunteers to make her fall in love with him at a masked ball. The plan works well, and Hero agrees to marry Claudio.
